Enhance Digital Collections A-Z list from Dave's mockup #288

Add highlight areas and columns.

Figure out what 'thumbnail' image to use for background of Digital Collections highlight blocks. Could use a file uploaded to the Collection (GenericSet) object.

Figure out what criteria we use for a 'New' badge:

Manual, if so, where/how is that specified? Automatic, what criteria? We can obviously pull the most recent but probably don't want a brand new set with no items getting automatically featured.

Maybe show most recent Collections created if they have at least 1 item?
