Look at Hydra Editor to see if it uses uri-enabled-field and decouple from jechols hydra editor

This ticket is an overview of what needs to be done with hydra editor. As of right now we are coupled to @jechols hydra editor to use a uri-enabled-field for uri labels and what not. We need to see how to decouple from that branch, see what hydra editor provides, and see if we still want to use that or another technology.
