Standardize config.yml files

Someone pointed out there are small differences between our Display/Server/config.yml and Database/config.yml

Let's standardize these two files so they use the same fields.

The Display/Server/config.yml looks a little more 'matured', I suggest we use those values, but it's up to whoever implements this.

• [ ] Update one or both Display and Database programs to use the same config file format.
