fix: lodash to esm, tooltip problems, utils for types

Description

This PR fixes several errors due to the scope of first release in a product.

• Replacement of tippy.js with react-tooltip
• Lodash replacement with lodash-es
• Datepicker new prop - placement to override the render
• Typescript utils as exportation path to fix exportations
• Export forgotten NumberField from library.
