Calling all coding/dev masters, please help me with finding out how this is done! #1

I can’t tell you what phone replacement I’m on at this point, maybe somewhere between 13-15 total including droids. I’ve gone through maybe 8 laptops this year. Here is what I know so far.

Someone connects to my laptop either through the Zoom Platform or through an open port. I notice Rktman device info, WLAN changes on my personal home network, all with Mac addresses go to 20:00:00:00 and then the driver IDs are changed and my registry is changed. After that, anything attached to my router (including it) are ****ed beyond repair (please excuse the language). Factory resets reinstall the unwanted software 100% every time. My user permissions get changed, I think I get added to a workgroup, and nothing I do, geek squad does, or anything I can find online is working. So, please tell me, what do you need me to do for you to help me identify (fingers crossed) the how, and what. I don’t really care who or why.

Please someone, what do you need from me, what can I do? I have so much info saved, just let me know what you need.

So can you tell me what makes you think, from the code, your phone has been hacked?
