Limited functionality of CalculableHook #190

Due to bug in OrientDB https://github.com/orientechnologies/orientdb/issues/4158 we have to disable calculation for newly created document. To take actual result: please reload object after creation.

To fix this issue in Orienteer just uncomment CalculablePropertiesHook.onRecordAfterCreate() when related issue in OrientDB will be fixed.

No response from OrientDB guys: need to move to 1.2

Not yet implemented in OrientDB. Moving to next release
