Acceptance criteria (Acceptance test in RF)

A PR merge should run ATs, including deploying a new TinyML on a real HW device.
In Sprint 4, we assume that TinyMLaaS is running on PC.
In Sprint 4, we assume that a device is connected with PC via USB or BT.
