Assign Labels to Experiments #24

As a Scientist, I want to be able to assign labels to experiments, So that they can be found easier if I search for something specific.

Each experiment can have multiple Labels assigned.

Each new label gets a color assigned on a random basis. If a label has been created once by the user, the color is set for the cobalt overall and all other users can use this label with this color.
