As a Scientist, I want to take pictures with my mobile phone and attach them to my experiments so that I can capture important information fast and save time.
A "Take Picture" button should be available on the mobile breakpoint only.
Currently, it's throwing an error, when trying to use cobalt on the phone and adding an attachment from the Smart Phone Camer. Would be a perfect solution for this user request if we get it to work
