Ability to Define Experiment Templates #45

Starting with a Template from FHNW Prof. Sebastian.

As an admin or supervisor, I want to be able to pre-define a specific structure for conducting and documenting experiments so that I can always easily compare them and analyze them.

Solution Idea On creation of the experiment, Global field for selecting templates. The templates would be created and implemented manually in the initial stage.
