Support payments settlement in stablecoin #21

DShop could support payment in a variety of crypto currencies (ex: BTC, LTC, ETH, etc...) and we would settle in a stable coin (ex: USDT, DAI, ...).

In terms of implementation, here are a couple options we could look into:

There are probably other options that we can research if we decide to prioritize this...
