Update indexer code to work with latest contracts #118

Description:

This PR updates the bridge server code to work with the latest contracts from the origin-js branch. Changes:

Pulled latest contracts from origin-js develop branch, compiled them and committed them to bridge repo under contracts directory.
Updated indexer logic to handle new contracts.
Updated unit tests to handle new contracts, refactored some test code to remove code duplication.

Note: once @tyleryasaka merges his upgradability changes to origin-js, the bridge server code will have to be updated again.
