Requirements

[x] Must also work with local dev chains
[x] Should store data in postgres
[x] Should also store contract related IPFS in postgres so that both IPFS and contract data can be searched together.

Tracking Requirements

[x] Records new Listings
[x] Records on Listing changes
[x] Records new Purchases
[x] Records on Purchase state changes

Long term requirements:

[x] Can follow chain roughly live
[x] Can be restarted without loosing or duplicating data
[x] Can backload all historical data
