For redundancy (in the future, load distribution) there should be two IPFS gateways. This involves creating a system to sync content between nodes, determine what content is related to Origin, and also to monitor the setup.

Checklist:

[x] Complete pinner integration testing
[x] Update SSL setup for two machines
[ ] Redeploy staging gateways
[ ] Run integration test against those, as well as testing with the dapp
[ ] Obtain production IPs and deploy to those
[ ] Add production machines to monitoring
[ ] Have pinners run, see that all content from the current gateway has been pinned on both machines
[ ] Switch over DNS (keep current gateway on standby)
[ ] Deploy a shadow server to mirror gateways
