Sparrow dom/validator simulator

[sparrowDom]

• adds a validator simulator that simulates the (non MEV) rewards emissions from the beacon chain
• it simulates account on a full beacon chain queue sweep (as if accounting were called only once every 8.5 days)
• it checks that fuse isn't blown and correct number of active validators are still present when up to 5 validators are slashed and up to 50 validators are fully withdrawn.
