- [x] make conversation screen look like this with a circular avatar next to the user's name at the top
- [x] add separators between conversation list items as shown here
- [x] keep send button visible at all times (at least for photo upload)
- [x] auto-scroll to the latest message when the conversation is opened
- [x] pin input field to bottom of the screen
- [x] treat fake Origin Support messages as oldest in the list (but let it surface to the top if there is a real conversation)
