Friendly Resource URLs

Our current unique identifier in our listing URL, for example, is not very informative:

https://dapp.originprotocol.com/#/listing/1-000-73

Some ideas to improve this 👇

• use a slug based on the title appended by a unique identifier
• replace "1" with "mainnnet", etc
• replace the entire hyphenated number sequence with a deterministic alpha-numeric string

Or add a dash, and then a urlized, hyphenated listing title:

https://dapp.originprotocol.com/#/listing/1-000-21-small-hickory-hammer

(If someone came without the listing title, then we'd update the url in browser to the correct one)

+1 for keeping https://dapp.originprotocol.com/#/listing/ working since it is super handy when debugging issues to be able to go to that URL to check out a listing... just my 2 francs...
