feature request: delete join message #14

Hi

Chinese spam bots use join message as spam message. Would be great if name matching ban deletes join message as well. attaching screenshot image

it is implemented in the "anti spam" section of teleme.io

Ahh, looks like its "accomplished" via a super long name. They call ed "Long-name Spam Cleaner" on teleme.io.

Would be easy to implement. @andrewhyde what do you think?

Deleting join messages and long name spammers are also covered by Chainfuel's free telegram analytics, anti-spam, and CRM tool.
