Guests don't show up (pathing issue with Locks mod?) #370

Are you using the steam version? Or did you manually download it? Do you use the latest version? I need your log file. Please reopen the issue when it's provided.

Where can I get the log? I just donwloded the lastest release and still not working. Bed are showing strange name too.

What might be? Im using 1.1.2552 version.

You still have to answer my questions from above. It looks like Prison Labor isn't working correctly. Also, you should remove all mods that are 1.0 only and still not updated.

I was pretty sure I downloaded all mods from 1.1, is there anywhere I can check their version in the log?

Should I try with each mod to discover the incompatiblity?

EDIT2: After seeing that bunch of erros from this log i deleted prison labor and other 2 mods from the folder, since I saw someone saying the problem stays even if you let it disabled. Althought, still not working.

I recommend using Mod Manager. It tells you for many mods if they're up to date.

You get errors from JecsTools and DeepRim. Check their version and load order.

And RimHud. And RimWorld search agency. And Mod Smart Speed. And SmarterFoodSelection.

Also, you probably won't be able to continue a savegame you used those mods in if you disable them.

I will be getting back into this mod here shortly - I'm working on another mod with a group and it's resparked my interest. ### Disclaimer This mod is in pre-alpha, but everything in it is functional. ## Summary This is a mod intended to solve one issue - the inability to knock a colonist out without doing major damage. You have a colonist on a rampage and they are about to break your cooler in the summer but you don't have any healroot? These non-lethal weapons will be your saving grace. ## Items ### Tranquilizer Gun If you don't care about the catharsis buff, but can't manage to withstand the mental breaks and beatdown that would need to occur to get them straight again, the tranquilizer gun is your friend. There is almost no downside (currently) to using the tranquilizer gun on anything - except mechanoids, it straight up does not work. The base body size of the target is taken into account - it takes more darts to drop a thrumbo than a colonist. However, you can kill someone with this if you continue to shoot them past unconsciousness, so beware. ### Bean Bag Shotgun This gun will eventually kill someone but your Pawn may die of hunger first. This weapon does super low blunt damage but is known to amplify the effects of pain due to the beanbag impact hyper-sensitiszing the nerves.     I tried starting a game with only the essential mods to run hospitality and even so did not worked...

    Hm. I can only tell that this is not what it should look like.

    I recommend installing everything fresh. Including the config files in appdata. (backup your saved games first!)

    Make sure there are no leftover files from before (apart from your save games).

    The error indicates that there is no path to your base. Are you using custom door mods?

    Hello OrionFive, yep i use Locks mod ( https://rimworldbase.com/locks-mod/ ) to be able to filter people to use some specific doors.

    That might be the cause. Door mods have caused these kind of problems in the past.

    i've removed Locks and started fresh game same result still have popup info without cosmetic (visitor describ, visitoraccept visitorrefuseuntilbed ....)

    That's a different problem. Usually caused by a broken installation of the game or mod.
