I can't help you without a log. My guess is on Prison Labor since it's always been messing up things in the past.
I just tried to deactivate Prison Labor, but that did not solve the problem. I copied the log (full log in separate post below), and found a section related to Hospitality:

Looks to me like the damage is already done at that point, so indeed removing any mod won't change it. Also, the log doesn't show me how it broke either.

So load a savegame from when this problem didn't exist yet and try from there.
I tried starting a new game, but same bug regardless. Is there a way to adjust the hospitality meter in development mode? Perhaps one could add a constant or a multiplier via a simple patch to avoid losing faction relations every time guests depart? Alternatively, a way to turn off change in relations with factions from guests? Hospitality is one of my favourite mods, and while the faction relations increase is a nice flavour, I can be without it as long as I am able to take money from unsuspecting tourists (without pissing off factions all the time), and recruit the occasional guest with awesome stats. Update: Recreation and other missing bars have now started to reappear (and then disappear) on guests on a save where the bars had previously been completely gone. No addition of mods or change in mod order. I will keep an eye on the situation, and return with an update when I know more.
I have an issue after 1.3 in that the recreation, beauty, comfort and outdoors need bars have gone missing from guests (resulting in constant 0% hospitality value), but not from colonists and 'vanilla' visitors. Everything worked perfectly prior to 1.3, and no new mods since then (just updated old mods from 1.2, except for No Slave Rebellions and removal of Simple Slavery).
I have a few custom mods that I have selectively turned off to find any possible conflicts, but no success there.

I have slaves in the colony, if that makes a difference (since they lack certain need bars). Adding the relevant bars in save file (copy-paste from healthy colonist) does not make a difference either.
Any thoughts or help would be much appreciated. Apart from this, great mod!
