Hospitality: Allow us to set Min/Max Friends for Recruitment #733

What problem does your suggestion solve The recruitment feature is cool, allowing a way to get new colonists by being a good guy rather than the typical Rimworld Stockholm-Syndrome method. However it very soon becomes impossible to get new colonists this way since the number of friends needed scales out too aggressively. This is exacerbated by the presence of children, who seem to count for the total number of colonists but are not functionally capable of contributing to befriending guests.

Describe the solution you propose Add the ability to set a min & a max number for the number of friends needed for recruitment.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be to just set a max, since the functional min will usually be reasonable in the early game.

Sounds to me like it's more important not to count children. But a max is probably useful too. If you had to pick one number for the entirety of the game (children not included), what would you choose as max?

10-12 seems high, but manageable. 7-8 is very doable if you focus on developing social. I'd say somewhere in there is probably best. 10 is probably a good starting point for testing.
