Update Russian translation #799

Here are the new translation files, everything works, except for one string - 'Ideoligion', which shows up on the Hospitality tab. I think it's hardcoded and doesn't have a .headerTip tag. Снимок экрана 2024-05-07 213509

It's from Ideology. So it should already be localized by RimWorld. Hospitality just draws it.
