Search for key words across all users of PACSBin? #24

Hi Jason,

I'd love to be able to search other users' teaching files for cases I need. Not everyone may want their case to be searchable but some might. Perhaps give the user option to allow their case to be searched and copied by others?

This is also something that is planned, to allow users to designate certain cases as "public", or available to be searched and used by other users.
