Sometimes, I need to keep private notes that I would rather not make public.

Can you expand on this? In what circumstances would you want the notes to be visible? There is already the option to create an "Unknown" link that is shareable, but does not include any notes.

Hi Jason,

Sometimes we need to look up the patient's records weeks, months, or even years after, to follow up on repeat imaging or investigations. We need to save the patient's MRN somewhere. If we put it in the notes, we won't be able to share the case publicly with learners.
