ROI option to hide data #27

Hi Jason,

The ROI displays area, mean, and stdev by default. Can we opt to hide this for when we need to just circle something?

That's something that is available in the assessments app for creating question ROIs, but I did not put into the main Pacsbin viewer to avoid cluttering the interface. I would be open to adding this as an optional tool however.
