Create visual badges for tags

Each one of the main tags needs a visual badge that should be displayed directly within the content.

An example below:

These badges are meant to be added directly within an article or a publication and should have relevant metadata for proper indexing. Also, they should redirect the user towards relevant documentation related to that specific badge (for example the certificate that was issue when publishing the article and the official ArtiFact documentation).

We need to discuss:

• At which level we need tags
• If consumers should be able to report a piece of content as mislabeled
