Thanks for the detailed bug report.
I think this may have something to do with the order of orperations : by starting the desktop app first, the usersettings.xml may not have been initiated properly.
Try this : delete the usersettings.xml from your AppData\Roaming\Orkestra folder , then try starting Revit and connecting to orkestra through the Revit Addin .

Describe the bug
Can't launch or open scripts from Orkestra Addin. Can't launch scripts from Quick Access either.
To Reproduce My steps:
Reinstalled Orkestra 0.1.6 as new (deleted all previous files from AppData folder including UserSettings.xml)
First login on Desktop App after installation doesn't work (takes a long time) with the error message saying "UserSettings.xml not found".
I copy paste the old "UserSettings" in the Appdata folder. Second login now works.
I update packages, etc. / Everything works well
Launch Revit + Orkestra Addin, message at each launch:
Can't launch online scripts neither from Orkestra Addin nor from Quick Access (Local workspaces work just fine)
Expected behavior Launching/Opening scripts from Addin or launching from Quick Access should work
Observed behavior
Launching from Addin doesn't do anything
"Open in Dynamo" any script: A fatal error occurs
Launching from Quick Access, the following Revit error message appears:
