Orkestra panel closing between files #113

Describe the bug The Orkestra panel is open, you close the Revit file (back to the startup page) and reopen a new file and the panel is gone. The panel is docked with the Project Browser to start with.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the Orkestra Panel
  2. Close the Revit file
  3. Open a new file
  4. Panel is gone

Expected behavior The panel to stay docked and open

Observed behavior The panel is gone. If i reopen it, it's dock to it's previous location.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

In Which context did it happen (please select from the following list) : Orkestra Desktop app , Orkestra Revit Addin, Orkestra Dynamo View Extension
