Orkestra sometimes removing packages #137

Describe the bug Overtime through use of using packages we've had packages disappear from the workspace.

To Reproduce Unable to figure out how to reproduce. Just happens throughout use. Most recent it removed orchid from our workspace.

Thank you for reporting this @JesseWayneJames . Does it happen when you add other packages or during any other process? Or does it just seem to happen by itself?

It just seems to happen by itself from what i've noticed
