Orkestra Desktop App and Rhino Crash Upon clicking "Login with 'SSO'" button #139

Describe the bug Orkestra Desktop App and Rhino both crash upon clicking the "Login with 'SSO'" button

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to orkestra desktop app
  2. Click on Login with 'SSO'
  3. App crashes and closes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Rhino and Launch orkestra panel
  2. Click on Login with 'SSO'
  3. Rhino crashes and closes
  4. A 'report crash to McNeal' window opens.

Expected behavior I would expect to be brought to a Microsoft SSO interface, and for the host applications to not shut down. If the host was intended to shut down, I would expect a dialogue or prompt to be shown first.

Observed behavior The host application hangs for a second or two then closes.

In Which context did it happen (please select from the following list) : Orkestra Desktop app & Orkestra Rhino Addin

Additional context I'm unsure if my company has a sso subscription but I believe they do. I would expect to at least have a opportunity to login, even if the company does not have a orkestra sso set up.

hi there @nicoazel , thank you for reporting this! Even if SSO isn't implemented, you shouldn't get crashes. Could you please try upgrading to 1.4.2 and see if it happens again?
