Orkestra Not updating workspaces and crashed when accessed settings and account management. #146

Describe the bug One of my users keeps getting the message in Revit to update his workspaces, and he does, but the indicator to update does not disappear. When I asked him which version of Orkestra he has it crashed with an unrecoverable error when he accessed the account management section in settings for Orkestra for Revit.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Updating workspaces

  1. Click on update workspaces
  2. Click on confirm that the workspaces have been updated
  3. The icon still remains

Revit Crash

  1. Click on settings button in Orkestra panel for Revit
  2. Click on account management
  3. Crashed

Expected behavior For the indicator to disappear once you update your workspaces in Orkestra

Observed behavior The indicator did not disappear after you updated the workspaces

Hi @podeynp

Thank you very much for reporting this. we were able to reproduce both issues and will have them fixed in our next release. The pending update warning icon stays visible but the update is actually performed correctly. If you log in again, you should see it disappear.
