Hey @Lazarica-t ! apologies for the inconvenience. It should be okay now. Just for our record (because this issue is something we're currently investigating) , our logs show login attemps from different machines. Have you tried to log in from different computers ? or from a virtual machine?
@MostafaElAyoubi Nope, just from my work laptop. We use a tunneling software called Zscaler.. maybe that does something. Or does the network connection influence this? I am sometimes switching from WIFI to LAN.

We’re having a similar issue. I was investigating more on our end before opening a ticket. It seems to be happening with only 4 users, I have to log them out from the Admin portion of the desktop app.
We are using a server to serve apps remotely to users similar to a VDE. We have about 30 users, 4 are experiencing the issue.

that's exactly the right thing to do @LeeFried ! From our understanding at the moment it might be linked to hardware driver updates that modify the fingerprint of machines. This should be 100% addressed within a couple of weeks. I'll keep this thread updated.

Describe the bug I can't log into Okestra i get the following error message:
"The maximum number of concurrent users has been reached for this license. Please contact your Orkestra Online License Pack manager"
It used to work just fine at the beginning, now I always get this error.

Additional context I did not personally buy a license, it was done by the company I work at (ARCADIS)
