Wishlist - Ability to Manage Orkestra Plugins and View Extensions from Desktop App #192

Describe the wishlist item Often when troubleshooting Dynamo, we need to disable add-ins that could cause conflicts. Unfortunately, Orkestra is part of the list of add-ins that can cause issues from time to time. Rather than uninstall, it would be nice to have a "Disable Orkestra in ProductA2020, ProductA2021," and so on. Similar to how some of the add-in managers do it.
