Describe the bug I created an OKPy tool and pushed it to an existing Quick Access Tab. When pushing to Orkestra, the Tab was duplicated, one per item. It seems currently, an OKpy tool cannot be on the same tab as a Dynamo tool.

Thank you for reporting this @J3deye ! We're having a hard time reproducing this. Is it consistently happening on your side? Does this happens at the moment you push news settings right? Does it get back to normal if you restart Revit and login to Orkestra?
