Wishlist - Provide ability (maybe in desktop app and via deployment) to disable the OKPy toolbar in revit #197

Nearly all of my users will not need this and mostly all complain that there are too many ribbons as it is. Providing the ability to turn this off easily would be nice. Having the ability to create a deployment file where this is defaulted to off would be even better.
