When moving definition, selecting Delete Original File does not always delete the original file

Describe the bug I have moved several definitions and have noticed that selecting Delete Original File does not work consistently. I made sure to refresh to make sure and definitions are still in their original spots. I then have to delete them manually.

• OS: Windows 10
• Revit Version : N/A
• Dynamo Version : N/A
  • Orkestra Version : 2022.1.6.1
