Sychronize Package folder suggestion #20

Describe the bug Shouldn't the description stating "Select a folder with packages for uploading to the workspace"? If yes, the icon should be a "Select folder" or "search folder" icon, instead of a refresh folder icon. And it would be great, if it shows a percentage how long it will still take, until the packages are uploaded. And it would be easier to understand, if the Hub Settings are in an additional window with an "close X" button on the top right. The arrow on the top right is easy to overlook.

Thanks for the suggection @Thomas84 !

On a side note: there are way too many packages on that folder 😄 . It will cause the package environment setup to take forever when playing online definitions . I'd strgonly advise to try and reduce that number to the minimum. Maybe group definitions that use the same packages in different workspaces.
