Thank you very much for reporting @ShinK360 . Do you get the same behavior when launching it from the local browser? (double click the item instead of "open in dynamo") And is this specific to this tool and other tools work well?
Hi Mostafa. Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, it seems "Double Clicking" from the browser works, too. I tried another script that deletes hidden detail items etc in entire project at once, and when I put Data-shape UI and run it on Okestra (it is on the browser, not on quick access), it only deletes element on the active view only. If the UI is removed, it works as expected both browser & Quick Access. Data-shape: 2022.2.103. The Model Audit script mentioned in original message also uses Data-Shape, FYI. Hoping this info helps you identify issue!
Thank you very much for this @ShinK360 ! super helpful as it tells us where to look. This unfortunately sounds like we'll have to release a patch or something. I'll update this thread as soon as we have news.
I have experienced this on occasion as well, especially when running definitions more than once during testing. they fail at some point but can still be run when opened in Dynamo
Hey @J3deye ! can you please let us know if this still happens in 1.8.0
Closing this, feel free to reopen if you still get this with 1.8.1
