Hey @oliwerkulpa ! Thanks for reporting this. There might have been an issue at the latest upload of your packages. The safest way to get things back to normal is to open the desktop app (make sure all sessions of Revit are closed) and reupload the folder of packages.
Please send the Id of the hub to support@orkestra.online (you'ill find it the the Hub Settings window) so we can take a closer look at it.
Hi @MostafaElAyoubi !
Any progress here? The client is waiting for the solutions to be tested on their end. Is there a workaround for that, so I can send packages to the client but run graphs form the cloud?
Thanks
Hey @oliwerkulpa ! one thing they can do is :
@MostafaElAyoubi that fixed it. Much appreciated! So the button was misleading then.
Awesome!! And thanks for the prompt feedback. What may have happened here is an attemp to update workspace packages while they were already being loaded in revit. We have implemented many checks to avoid this in the latest version .
To be clear - the app still would quit with Revit sessions closed. What actually worked was right-click on workspace and Refresh Packages.
Hi again, Client still reports that is unable to sync packages. We run the described steps above with no luck. We also deleted all folders and files in %APPDATA%\Orkestra\ and synced again - no luck.
Alright let's schedule a call and look into this is possible !
this was solved, issue was located to a specific machine.
Describe the bug Synchronization of packages does not happen in cloud. Being an author of solutions I can see that my
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Orkestra\<hubname>
contains packages with contents I desire. When running the graph from cloud I see that extra files are not found. Clients are reporting that they are missing packages. Warnings from their sessions indicate the same.To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Data-Shapes\extra
Expected behavior Dialog boxes with icons and graphs shall be run on client's side.
Observed behavior When using OrkestraApp I can see an exclamation mark sign in the left bottom corner of the window. I remember that icon informed on packages being out of sync. When I click on it, OrkestraApp quits. Issues observed in Orkestra 1.7.2 and 1.6.1
