hey there @tjxme ! Thank you for reporting. Have you udpated Orkestra since last week? Or is it the exact same setup ?
This is the same setup, since this does not work, I updated the 1.7.2 version, still no luck. Regards,J.TOn Oct 18, 2023, at 10:38 AM, Mostafa El Ayoubi @.***> wrote: hey there @tjxme ! Thank you for reporting. Have you udpated Orkestra since last week? Or is it the exact same setup ?

can you please try running a repair of the 1.7.2 install and see if it makes any difference? If not, let's schedule a call so we can take a closer look. reach out to support@orkestra.online .

thanks for your quick reply, yea, i even tried with my personal computer, still not working.
Oh so it's not isolated to a single machine. That's extremely odd.Just to be sure, does it happen when opening OkPy? or when trying to open an OkPy tool?
When I open okpy addin
alright! that makes more sens. then this is likely due to the tool file getting corrupt somehow. If that's okay with you, you can share the .okpy tool here or send it to support@orkestra.online. We'll likely be able to recover it for you + it'll help us identify how this could happen so we can prevent it!
Sry how do you share it? Regards,J.TOn Oct 23, 2023, at 3:52 AM, Mostafa El Ayoubi @.> wrote: alright! that make more sens. then this is likely due to the tool file getting corrupt somehow. the OkPy tools get saved as files with the ".okpy" extension. You'd just have to locate it where you have saved it and share the .okpy file.
Oh wait, I don't have any of my tool setup on the new computer and still not working. Sorry, Which .okpy file are you talking about? Is there a log file will be saved as .okpy?
It crashes at the moment okpy interface comes up.

Please reach out through support@orkestra.online so we can look at it together. We don't have enough information the identify the issue.
