Run inspector does not load snapshot #227

Describe the bug My image from the Run inspector does not load. I took a look at the issue page and found issue 182, thinking my problem was the same. https://github.com/OrkestraOnline/Orkestra_Online/issues/182#issue-1464563577

However, I do believe that the Run inspector should be activated for the hub.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Workspaces' in the app
  2. Right-click on the definition
  3. Select 'Run Inspector'
  4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Seeing the snapshot of the run.

Additionally, I encounter the same problem when attempting to watch in the 'View In Editor' from the app. image

Hi there @boldrup ! Thank you for reaching out. For the run inspector issue, was the "Record Run Inspector Data" activated before those runs were performed? If not, runs performed before the activation of the recording won't be available. The inability to simply view the tool in the editor may indicate something else though! Can you please reach out at helpdesk@orkestra.online with more information on the location of the tool ? hub Id, workspace Id and definition Id would be very helpful to track this down and try reproducing the error.

Hi Mostafa, Thank you for the quick response. I do believe the 'Record Run Inspector Data' was activated before the runs were performed. I have sent an email to the helpdesk with the additional information you asked for.
