Hey there @JesseWayneJames ! Can you please confirm that the "Record Run Inspector Data" is activated in the hub of tool you're looking at?
Thanks for hint @MostafaElAyoubi . I have activated it now. So we should start seeing previous runs in the inspector now?
Also, out of curiosity, why would that setting be optional and defaults as deactivated? Why not just track by default? Is it because it takes longer to run the scripts and/or uses more memory?
Hey @Dre-Tas !
Previous runs won't be there unfortunately. The recording starts when you decide.
We're very cautious about our customers data and wouldn't want to record information without approval.
We might run à campain to ask people to enable it for them though ! It would make sense !
That's all good mate. I expected old runs not to be recorded. I was mostly wondering why that's something that needs to be enabled instead of being enabled by default. Mostly curious if there were concerns in terms of performance. But the concern seems to be mostly about data privacy. Which is fair, but I'd probably make it more evident that it needs to be enabled. Just my 2 cents ;)
Anyway, seems to be working now. Thanks man!
💯 agree @Dre-Tas ! The error message should also be much clearer than "Project not found". I'll keep this topic open until we have improved all of this.
hey @MostafaElAyoubi , I am also getting that error. Does not matter if I try to open Run Inspector either through Orkestra web app or within desktop app, it shows this warning.
Cheers.
hey there @juanmciller ! thanks for reporting. Is the "record run inspector data" option activated on the hub settings?

hey @MostafaElAyoubi , thank you for your quick response.
I have admin rights in the hub and while the menu is loading I see I can enable it:
but when all the data is loaded, the toggle is disabled and grey out so I cannot do anything:
@juanmciller it is normal for it to be grayed out in workspace settings. This setting can only be modified at the Hub level, and is then inherited by all workspaces within the hub. (we should disable it at loading in the workspace settings screen 😅 ).
It appears to be deactivated in the hub settings, which would explain why you don't have access to it.

so, should I tell the Hub administrator to enable it?
Yes that could be the best course of action !
