Hi Mostafa,
I asked IT to do a manual uninstall and fresh install. This seems to have fixed it. Our IT use something called "PDQ" to deploy software across machines, it seems to cause issues with Orkestra updates. They are going to look into changing some settings and see if this avoid future issues.

I updated to v1.8.1 this afternoon have got these warning below.
The first happens when i try to open the desktop app, at present i can not access the desktop app as it closes after i see the screenshot below.
this second warning pops up when opening revit, i can still you Orkrestra after i click ok and most things seem to work despite this warning.
