Orkestra quick access button doesn't show up with Revit 2024.5.10.64 #249

Hi Mostafa. Thanks for your hard work!

We are testing the latest Orkestra 1.8.3 with Revit 24.2.10.64 and noticed that Orkestra does not deploy the quick access buttons. Additionally, the names of scripts appear on the list but cannot be processed. While it attempts to open Dynamo, it doesn't seem to execute the script, resulting in no action. Moreover, the "Open with Dynamo" option doesn't appear when a script name is right-clicked.

This combination works Revit 24.2.0.63 Dynamo Core: 2.19.3.6394 / Dynamo Revit: 2.19.3.10292 Orkestra v.2023.1.7.1 Windows 10 Enterprise Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

Hi there @ShinK360 !

Thank you very much for reporting this. This sounds like an install issue. Can you please make sure to uninstall 1.7.x before réinstalling 1.8.3 ?

Hi Mostafa Thank you for your feedback.

We cleared version 1.7 and installed version 1.8.3, but it still doesn't work. We disabled all other Revit add-ins, yet the outcome remains unchanged.

We also tested all other versions of 1.8.x, but they all produced the same failed results.

Therefore, we reverted to version 1.7.1, which successfully deployed quick access. However, it only loads packages from the C drive and fails if the packages are not present locally.

I searched the C drive for a log file to provide more detailed information to you, but I couldn't find one.

Could you please re-examine this issue and let me know what additional information I can provide to help resolve it?
