This usually means that the run was not recorded, which is odd because all your hubs have record run inspector set to true. Another explanation could be a crash during the definition run, before the recording of the run was performed by Orkestra.
Are the runs that occured before / after that one recorded propperly?
Can you please share the id of the definition (accessible in the definition information) and the time of run with helpdesk@orkestra.online ?
Describe the bug When trying to inspect a run on the web app, get prompted with a project not found error.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior The script to open in the web page as it does with other scripts for us to view

Additional context The script wasn't ran on my machine it was ran on someone else machine, He ran the script in revit 22, with Orkestra version 1.8.3 and he is not an admin of the workspace the script was ran from.
