Describe the bug Orkestra (1.9) sidebar fails to load in Civil3D.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Uninstall Orkestra 1.8.3
2. Installed Orkestra 1.9
3. Installed the latest version of Civil3D 2025.1
4. Opening Civil3D 2025.1
5. Orkestra sidebar will not pop-up
6. When typing in the command line, no commands appear for Orkestra.

Expected behavior The Orkestra sidebar pops up when starting Civil3D

Observed behavior Orkestra will not load when starting up.

• OS: Windows 11 Business - 22000.2538
• Dynamo Core: 3.2.2.5494
• Dynamo Civil3D: 3.0.0.765
  • Orkestra Version : 1.9

In Which context did it happen (please select from the following list) : Orkestra Civil3d Addin

Additional context Have tried the follow things:

• Restart PC
• Start up Orkestra desktop and then Civil3D.

When opening Civil3D 2023, orkestra side is also not opening anymore.

Thank you for reporting this @GvdB14 ! can you please confirm that you have a folder named "OrkestraCADnet8.bundle" in %PROGRAMFILES%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins after installing 1.9.0?

oh interesting! can you please delete the folder OrkestraCAD.bundle and see if it make any difference?

I tried it, but still no success with Civil3D 2023 or 2025.

Thank for the prompt update. We're looking into this. Haven't been able to reproduce to far but we will run some more tests on 2025.1

I got the same issue with V1.9.3. I tried to NETLOAD the DLL files in Civil 2025.1 and got an error with OrkestraCAD.dll:

The UI popped up, but when I try to login it gives a fatal error:

Thanks all for the info. The issue has now been identified and is being addressed. I will probably put an intermediary release in here for you to test out before the official release.
