Yes, I only get this issue in 2018.
The addin did not appear for me in 2018. After copying the addin file to AppData, it seems to have resolved the issue.

Describe the bug When launching Dynamo, a license issue window appears, asking to contact Data-Shapes
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior This window should not appear.
Observed behavior Window appears indicating there is a license issue. When I click OK, it goes away and Dynamo behaves normally. This happens every time I launch Dynamo, even without closing Revit in between sessions.
