Local folders not refreshing #39

Describe the bug The local folders is not being refreshed when the refresh button is click

To Reproduce Modifiy the folder structure (or add a folder) Click refresh

Expected behavior New folder being shown

Observed behavior Folder not being refreshed

Desktop (please complete the following information):

In Which context did it happen (please select from the following list) : Orkestra Revit Addin

Additional context Tested on Valentin's computer too ;)

The issue is identified and will be addresses in the next release.
