Hi @dsellam ! Thank you very much for reporting. Does this occure during a first use of Orkestra? Or did it work well before?
Hi ! the issue appears on an existing session (that didn't work before because of an error when clicking on "settings" that makes Revit crash) However, in a new installation, we get a different message : "The specified key does not exist" when clicking on the same warning button
Thanks for the quick follow up ! Is it your account? (I can check if something is off server side). In the mean time, did you ever associate a package folder to the hub? If not, this might be the issue.
Yes it is only my account with the Webexception. I've just sawn that I cannot get to the cloud workspace with that WebException. I'm sure having a Package folder associate to the hub (I check on the Orkestra App)
In the dynamo view extension, I have a credential Error ...
This was due to a conflict with another addin. The addin is yet to be identified but a clean install of revit solved the issue.
