Ask to save file before opening a new one #44

This is not fully a bug, but a dangerous behaviour of the app: If I have a file open in Dynamo and I'm working on it, if I double-click one of the files that are hosted in Orkestra, it will open the selected file without asking if I want to save the file before closing it. This is quite an hazard as the user might lose the work done

The expected behaviour would be to double-click the file you want to open, but if the current file hasn't been saved, Okestra or Dynamo should ask if you want to save before closing.
